Abstract
This article explores the complex interplay surrounding homosexuality within the framework of African Christian ethics. It addresses the discrimination as well as the cultural, theological, and social dimensions influencing attitudes toward LGBTQ+ individuals in African contexts. The study examined traditional beliefs, scriptural interpretations, and Church traditions against contemporary views. By engaging with African theologians and local communities, the article highlights the tension between cultural conservatism and Church position and tradition on homosexuality. The study advocated for inclusion and acceptance of homosexuals within the Church as it would polygamist. Ultimately, it propose a reconciliatory ethical approach that respects the dignity of homosexuals as God’s creatures and those for whom Christ died
